Pinnacle Real Estate Services, established in 1989, is a multi-service commercial real estate company providing the highest quality of
personal and comprehensive real estate services to its clients.  

Pinnacle Real Estate Services has been serving the Greater Cleveland/Akron and surrounding regions for over 29 years.  Our primary
focus deals with Tenant Representation of office and industrial users.  In addition, Pinnacle Real Estate Services provides expertise in
marketing properties for sale or lease.  Our goal is to find solutions to the real estate needs of each and every client we serve.  Educating
our clients on current market conditions and analyzing economic options ensure the most informed and best decisions are reached.

Donald formed Pinnacle Real Estate Services in 1989 to exclusively service his growing tenant representation client base.  With his
extensive real estate background and thorough understanding of the real estate industry, Donald has advised clients in evaluating
lease/purchase options, build-to-suits, lease consolidation and cost/value economic analysis.  Some of these successes included Dow
Jones & Company, ControlSoft, Mutual of New York, Hobe & Lucas and PS Executive Centers to name a few.

Donald started his real estate career in 1986 with The King Group, a local real estate brokerage and development company.  This
exposure to development, tenant improvement construction, and property management provided a rounded background to fully
understand the entire real estate process.  The need to eliminate the conflicts of working for a developer/owner broker provided the
stepping stone for the formation of Pinnacle Real Estate Services.

Donald is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  In addition,
Donald is the founder and current real estate broker for  Pinnacle Real Estate Services.


Douglas Smith joined Pinnacle Real Estate Services at its inception in 1989.  As Partner of the company, Doug’s primary efforts are
focused on representing companies in the evaluation and negotiation of all their real estate needs.

Over the past 29 years, Doug has successfully assisted his clients in analyzing their unique requirements whether it be leasing,
purchasing, build-to-suits or sale/leasebacks.  Some of  his recent work has been with such companies as the Better Business Bureau,
American  Express, Ohio Health Choice and Computer Task Group.  In total, Doug has been responsible for representing companies with
space exceeding two million square feet.

Doug is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.


Jeff joined Pinnacle Real Estate Services in 1989 to expand the company's  services into industrial sales, leasing and tenant
representation.  Jeff's main area of focus is to advise and assist companies in the evaluation of their real estate needs.  Jeff has assisted
companies in their evaluation of leases, lease/purchase options, build-to-suits, and the purchase of land for development.  

Jeff's background includes representing a variety of local companies and many national companies such as Carrier Corporation,
DuPont/Merck Pharmaceutical Co., Melville Corporation and Phillip Morris Corporation.

Jeff is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
